 Colby grew up in Harvard, Massachusetts. She graduated from Mount Holyoke College in 2019 with a B.A. in Politics. During her time at Mount Holyoke, Colby played on the Division III field hockey team, serving as captain. She then obtained her Masters in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University in 2020. Colby continued her education in New Hampshire at the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, where she received a certificate in intellectual property law and graduated magna cum laude in 2025. While in law school, Colby served as Chief Articles Editor of the Sports Law Review and participated in the Advanced Intellectual Property & Transaction Clinic.

Colby currently focuses her legal practice on entity formation, commercial contracts, and trademark law.

Outside the office, Colby enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking her way through Ina Garten recipes, and exploring the outdoors.
