After graduating college from Boston University, Kristin moved to California to be among the innovators in Silicon Valley while attending law school at the University of San Francisco School of Law. Working with entrepreneurs and business owners has always been her favorite part of practice and with 20 years of experience advising clients on a variety of business and transactional matters, Kristin is always looking for ways to improve upon how she serves her clients.

When not working, Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, cooking for family and friends and giving back to her community through various non-profit organizations.

Kristin served as President of the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association from 2008-2010 and has since held board positions with the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce, United Way of Greater Nashua, the Nashua Bar Association and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Nashua. She also volunteers with the Center for Women & Enterprise.
